Mary Delasantos is a Certified Nutritionist and perpetual researcher of nutrition. Mary received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the Institute for Functional Health Coaching, the American Health Science University, Vegedine, International Correspondence School for Fitness and Nutrition, and the University of Texas at San Antonio where she studied nutrition, a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods and business management. She began cooking family meals at a young age and especially enjoys experimenting in the kitchen without using recipes. Mary has been visiting Lake Havasu City since 1988 and moved here permanently in October of 2016. She became a member of the Chamber of Commerce a year before moving here, has been Membership Director, Treasurer and President of Women’s Network Exchange of Arizona, volunteered at the Havasu Community Health Foundation as a substitute support group facilitator, was a volunteer at the Lake Havasu City Farmer’s Market during its inception, is a Certified Tourism Ambassador, a graduate of Leadership Lake Havasu class of 2019 and was Co-Chair for the LLH class of 2020. Mary authored a cookbook titled "She’s Vegetarian, He’s Not and Living to Tell About It” and is currently working on her second cookbook with a working title of “The Case of the Missing Ingredient.” Mary is skilled at assisting clients in navigating the challenges of eating nutritiously on a consistent basis to support their well-being.
