What We Do

HCHF is an umbrella organization for dozens of vital local healthcare and social service initiatives. Every program is funded by community donations and run by caring volunteers and staff.

Health Related Programs & Support Groups

Peer-led education and support for Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, stroke recovery, COPD, cardiac wellness, and chronic illness support — because isolation makes illness harder.

Havasu Community Health Foundation is a charitable network of caring volunteers and staff dedicated to improving local health and wellness. We manage, fund, and facilitate health-related programs, social services, and community fundraising.

From affordable cancer screenings and food boxes to veteran housing and chronic disease support groups — our work spans the full spectrum of community health and wellbeing.

We are a Qualifying Charitable Organization (QCO) under Arizona's Tax Credit program. Arizona participants can claim up to $495 (individuals) or $987 (married couples) in tax credits for tax year 2025. For 2026, participants can claim up to $506 (individuals) or $1,009 (married couples) in tax credits for direct donations to our high-need programs.
