Here When You Need Someone to Talk To

A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is available free of charge to provide individual assessment of your current life situation. This service is designed for those who need help finding a qualified counselor through their insurance, or who have no insurance or financial means to access mental health support.

Counseling is short-term — 1 to 6 one-hour sessions — focused on providing direction, support, resources, referrals, and help to stabilize your current life situation. Sessions are available by phone or in-person, based on your preference.

Important: This is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate need, please call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or your local police for a safety check and connection to the local crisis team.
