Low-Cost Screenings & Labs

Discounted blood panels, mammograms, cancer screenings, X-rays, MRIs, and bone density scans for uninsured, underinsured, and high-deductible participants.

Food Bank & Community Relief

Food boxes for families facing food insecurity, plus emergency assistance for housing, utilities, and clothing.

Health Related Programs & Support Groups

Peer-led support for Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, MS, stroke, COPD, and cardiac wellness.

Veterans Programs

Housing, healthcare access, backpacks for homeless veterans, and free transportation to court and counseling.

Youth Health Fair
