The Havasu Community Health Foundation's Low-Cost Labs & Screenings program is intended to help members of our community who would find the Labs/Screenings challenging to access due to no insurance, high deductibles, or because the service is not covered through their health insurance.

Participants must register at the HAVASU COMMUNITY HEALTH FOUNDATION, 2126 McCulloch Blvd. N Suite #14, before arranging for services.
Labs and screenings are performed at Havasu Regional Medical Center and Arizona Coast Radiology.
After visiting your Health Care provider and receiving a Physician's Order, bring the printed order and your identification (I.D.) with you to the Havasu Community Health Foundation at 2126 McCulloch Blvd. N Suite #14.

Havasu Community Health Foundation (HCHF), a nonprofit, is designed to better our community by facilitating donations and grants into programs. While state and federal taxes support many vital programs and services, more funds are necessary to address every need. HCHF's objective is to bridge the gaps in services that everyday people could not access any other way. Our low-cost labs and screenings are performed at Havasu Regional Medical Center and/or Arizona Coast Radiology.
